A Weltmeister 40 Bass Accordion. This accordion features 40 bass buttons (the same range as a 48 bass, but without any diminished row) and 26 treble keys and was built in Germany by the well known Weltmeister factory, most likely during the 1970’s. The instrument features a two voice tremolo tuning which is ideal for most styles of playing. The accordion is very lightweight and compact, and would be ideal for the smaller player to start learning on or as a low cost second instrument for travelling with or taking to pub sessions etc. Finished in an attractive pearl red casework.
