Excelsior 96 bass musette tuned accordion with 37 piano keys. A very nice looking instrument with Pearl effect keys & buttons, decorated with diamantes & inlays.

It has four sets of good quality reeds which are ‘musette’ tuned (LMMM) which make it Ideal for Scottish, traditional Irish & French music, plus other sounds for general music styles.

Eleven treble registers (3 copies)+ master palm switch for the treble & four bass/chord registers + off.

Originally factory fitted with an electronic midi system which has since been removed. You can see on the pics where the controls were.

Excelsior accordions were first manufactured in New York in 1924 & moved to Castelfidardo, Italy in 1948 where they are still made today.
